Randle and his wife Karen live in Clifty, Kentucky. They have two children, Chris and Daphne and two grandsons. Randle is co- owner of Sweeney Logging Company of Clifty, Kentucky, with his father Gilbert and brother Michael. Randle was the driver of the #33 Burr Motor Sports Dirt late model from 1999, 2000 and 2003, 2004 and 2005. In 2003 Randle and the team had 17 top three finishes, including five feature wins. In 1999 and 2000 the team scored eight feature wins along with many other top three finishes. In 2001 and 2002 Randle fielded his own late model, #182 and acquired many feature wins to his credit. In addition to his late model experience, Randle has had a very successful open wheel modified racing career. Driving a modified, Randle has over 250 feature wins and finished runner up in the national UMP points in 1995 and 1998 & 2008. Randle began his racing career in 1981 and got his first feature win at the Clarksville Speedway in 1982.
